I composed a list of the Chinese restaurants that I have eaten at in other states and compared them to California. California is still number #1, but my #2 has changed to Florida, New York is 3rd , followed by Texas, in 4th place, and Seattle is last! “ Fantastic, great service (a little slow, but one woman was working the entire floor). Keep in mind we came the night before thanksgiving. Everything was hot and wonderfully fresh!!! The place was not busy when we arrived, but within 10 - 20 minutes there wasn't an empty table!! The music was good - no Christmas music before Thanksgiving- THANK YOU. Everyone loved their dishes and we had enough for leftovers for possibly 2 meals each with the sesame and orange chicken and soup. Hubby ate all of his shrimp!!! The hot and sour soup looked and smelled delicious- but it has shrimp so I couldn't try it. Well worth the wait. Give them a shot. ”

“ Nice little sit-down Chinese restaurant in Clearwater. Mostly Cantonese, with a smattering of Thai and Sichuan dishes. The sign on the window says "Authentic Chinese Food". They have an assortment of nice dishes... and I went with the classic General Tso's chicken, because I was in the mood for fried and sweet./spicy. The dish actually had a few dried peppers in it, and a hint of spice... much more so than I usually get with dish. It was good... the Jasmine tea was good and the rice was ok. Service was very good, and I always appreciate that. I would eat here again! ”
